About This Project

This comprehensive project included extensive land clearing, a full 9000 sq ft new French colonial construction, and full property landscaping with pool, cabana and waterfall grotto. Interior included high ceilings, extensive millwork, designer painting, cherry cabinetry, marble floors with radiant heat, and three fireplaces. Exterior involved cement stucco siding, curved copper window flashings, wrought iron railings on front balcony and around extensive terracing. Lanscape included a myriad of specimen plantings, hedging, retaining walls and perrenials, estate fencing and electric gates.
